MISSION STATEMENT:
The Arts Council of Kern, in partnership with the California Arts Council and the County of Kern, promotes and supports the diverse arts needs in the region through advocacy, arts in education and technical assistance to local arts organization.

Complete the survey below for inclusion in the upcoming Kern County Resources Guide!The California County Superintendents Education Services (CCSESA) has launched a statewide Arts Initiative entitled "Reinvigorating Arts Education in California", underwritten by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. The Kern County Superintendent of Schools was selected as one of eleven counties across the state to participate in the initiative. Both the Arts Council of Kern and KCSOS invite you to participate in implementing this initiative in Kern County.
As part of this effort, it is important to identify community resources that support arts education in schools, and to publish a Kern County Resources Guide for families and educators. You are invited to complete this survey so that your resources can be included in this document. Please download the survey below. Both forms are in .doc format; a computer running Microsoft Word is required. If you are unable to access the surveys, please call Kari Hunter, Office Manager, at 661-324-9000 to have a hard copy mailed to you.
