Grant Writing Seminars now available!
Do you have a program or project that would benefit the arts in Kern County, but don't know how to get the funding? Jeanette Richardson Parks, Executive Director of the Arts Council of Kern, will be available for grant writing workshops at the convenience of all who are interested.

Grant writing workshops generally run for two and a half hours, and cover subjects such as Grant Writing, Media Relations, Strategic Planning, Board Development and Cultural Tourism.

The minimum requirements for a workshop are as follows:

* Ten confirmed attendees are required
* Admission is free for ACK Members; $15 for general admission
* Three possible dates are required
* Scheduling must be done a minimum of two months in advance.
