The Arts Council of Kern is currently in the process of creating the Kern Arts Directory for 2008-2009 and making it available both in print and online. If you are a literary, performing, or visual artist or arts organization and would like to be listed, please fill out an application form and we will be sure to include you in the next edition.
To obtain a form, you may either:
- pick one up at the ACK office at 2000 K Street, Suite 110 during regular business hours, Tuesday through Friday, or
- download a form
Arts Council membership dues make this directory possible.In recognition of our members, their listings will be bolded. If you are not a member and would like information, please call the Arts Council office, 661-324-9000.
Artist Orientation
Artists interested in working with the Arts Council as an Artist in Residence will need to attend an artist orientation meeting and schedule a portfolio review. Orientations are held periodically throughout the year. If you cannot attend one, you may make alternative arrangements with our office.
