MISSION STATEMENT:
The Arts Council of Kern, in partnership with the California Arts Council, the County of Kern and local agencies - provides, supports, and promotes arts access, advocacy, and education for all residents and visitors to Kern County.
The Arts Council of Kern presents Down the Rabbit Hole exhibit, a juried art exhibit inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.Also on display Outside In Wonderland Artworks created by the members of the Outside In Visual Arts Workshop, a workshop for artists with developmental disabilities.
